Sunset Yoga at the Sanctuary

Join us for Sunset Yoga every Tuesday night at 6 PM!

The classes will focus on Chakra-Balancing Yoga: Align Your Energy, Transform Your Life.
Chakra of the Week: Third Eye Chakra: Forehead between eyes. Intuition, insight, imagination

Each class will include 45 minutes of movement to balance the 7 main chakras in the body, with 15 minutes of breathwork and meditation. Followed by sip and stroll with the animals. We’ll provide sparkling water but if you have a different drink of choice, you’re welcome to bring it.

Chakra-balancing yoga is a powerful practice designed to harmonize the body’s seven energy centers, promoting physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Each class incorporates movement, breathwork, meditation, and intention-setting to activate and align specific chakras, releasing blockages and restoring balance.

When our chakras are in harmony, we experience greater clarity, confidence, creativity, and inner peace. Imbalances, on the other hand, can manifest as stress, fatigue, or emotional turmoil. Mindfulness Retreat

Join us for an evening full of mindfulness! We’re partnering with Mindful. Summit County for monthly Mindfulness Retreats, held the first Monday of each month from 6 to 8 PM. 

Set in the sanctuary’s natural landscape, shared with animals and open sky, these grounded sessions offer space to pause and reconnect through dharma talks, meditation, and compassion-based practice. Donation-based and all are welcome. We hope to see you there!

This is a donation based event, as both Sage Mountain and Mindful Summit County are both non-profit organizations, so we rely entirely upon donations to continue the work we do and to continue having events like our Mindfulness Retreats.

Suggested donation per person is $30, but all amounts are welcome and appreciated.

Sage Mountain’s Gala for the Animals

Save the date, August 30th— for our annual fundraiser, formally known as the Plant Based Palooza!


Enjoy live music, delicious food, an exciting animal sponsorship auction, the chance to spend quality time with rescued farm animals and more! This is one unforgettable event you won't want to miss!

This year’s fundraiser our goal is to fund the Cow's Comfort Project. The project was created with our seven rescued cows in mind, who are in urgent need of a upgraded, larger shelter. Their new shelter will be vital in keeping them safe and warm during the harsh winter months.
 
As you may know, shelters for large animals don't come cheap. 
The total for the Cow's Comfort Project is a costly $135,000. It's a financial commitment we strongly believe in, however we cannot do it alone. We need your support and want to extend a sincere heartfelt thank you to everyone who already has supported us and to everyone who will support us moving forward! 

We hope to see YOU at this year's Gala for the Animals!
